Abstract:
We intend to present protocols for the care of anterior and posterior teeth, with different views. For the anterior teeth, a sequence of stratification, seeking to reproduce details and internal and external characteristics of the different layers of the tooth, associating opacities and translucency, cores, values, etc. in order to imitate the beauty of the teeth’s nature!
For the posterior teeth, we seek a faster, more dynamic and accurate work, with an emphasis on anatomical and functional sculpture, using chameleon effect resin, minimizing the concern with core selection and different resin masses!
Introduction:
The demand for aesthetic restoration work has been growing everyday and the demand for available time has been decreasing, both patients and dentists, at the same rate. Therefore, we can perform a differentiated line of work for anterior and posterior regions. The most modern restorative materials allow us to achieve extremely natural results, with total control of opacity and translucency, reproducing intrinsic characteristics of natural teeth. As for posterior teeth, we will continue towards simplicity of technique and speed of work, without losing functional or aesthetic quality. To this end, a direct restoration with chameleon effect resin provides us with an exceptional aesthetic, chromatic result and allows us to invest more attention in the sculpting.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn the requirement for developing a correct treatment plan involving direct aesthetic and functional restorations;
- Understand the limits of indications and contraindications, enabled direct rehabilitation with clinical longevity;
- Understand the importance of care in clinical stages, in order to respect health dental tissues;
- Associate and respect the correct periodontal limits with direct aesthetic work;
- Associate the concepts of occlusion and disocclusion to aesthetic rehabilitation work in direct composite resin.

Abstract:
CAD/CAM technology was introduced to the dental profession for the purpose of fabricating single tooth restoration chairside, in one patient visit. Now, over three decades later, are we ready to proclaim that these CAD/CAM restorations are the new “gold standard” when treating debilitated posterior teeth? This course will take a thorough look at chairside CAD/CAM dentistry in 2025. A clinical protocol will be examined for producing chairside CAD/CAM restorations of excellent quality. The scientific literature attesting to the performance of chairside CAD/CAM restorations will be reviewed. An overview of modern equipment, restoration materials, and adhesive strategies will be provided. Particular emphasis will be given to conservative bonded restorations which are highly esthetic and require minimal tooth reduction.
Learning Objectives:
- Describe a clinical protocol for providing high quality, in-office CAD/CAM restorations.
- Discuss the evolution of CAD/CAM technology in dentistry as well as the parallel developments in restorative materials and adhesive procedures.
- Develop a tooth preparation protocol that leads to the most conservative restorations: sparing tooth structure and setting the stage for long-term clinical success.
- Analyze the scientific literature relating to CAD/CAM restoration performance, materials, and techniques.
- Describe the “substrate-specific bonding” concept for adhesive cementation of CAD/CAM fabricated restorations, based on the materials utilized and the tooth foundation.
Who should attend:
- GP Dentists with special interests in the topic
- Specialists Dentists with special interests in the topic
- Dental Technician

Abstract:
We intend to present a clinical sequence, step by step, of all the clinical stages for performing an aesthetic, minimally invasive oral rehabilitation, using ultra-thin ceramic blades! To this end, we will develop, in a theoretical and demonstrative manner, live, the stages of cavity preparation, molding and/or intraoral scanning, temporary prostheses, adhesive systems, chromatic cementation and final adjustments! The objective is to present all the stages for an ultra-conservative rehabilitation, respecting all the concepts of biological, biomimetic and periodontal cost!
Introduction:
Ultra-Conservative ceramic laminates are increasingly used by dentists for aesthetic rehabilitation. A correct technical sequence, associated with extremely details aesthetic and functional planning, are fundamental for the success of this type of work. The longevity of this rehabilitation depends directly on attention and care to the adjacent soft tissues, dentin structures and occlusion factors. In addition to all this, there are still the aesthetic factors, mainly the anatomical and chromatic ones, which when well planned and executed, generate a very pleasant final smile for everyone involved, patient and professional team.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn the requirements for correct aesthetic planning;
- Understand the limits of indications and contraindications in aesthetic work;
- Understand the technical steps to perform a correct clinical sequence;
- Associate peridontial limits with aesthetic work;
