AEEDC Dubai 2027 Exhibition will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre in: Halls 1 to 8, Sheik Saeed Halls 1-3, and the Trade Center Arena.

Where will the AEEDC Dubai 2027 Conference be held?
AEEDC Dubai 2027 Conference will occupy 6 halls, namely Hall A, B, C, D, E and F.
Halls A, B, & C will reside inside Sheikh Maktoum Hall.
Halls D, E, & F will reside inside Sheikh Rashid Hall.

Where do i get my Visitor / Delegates/ Exhibitors Badge?
All Delegates, Trade Visitors, and Exhibitors are required to register through the online portal prior to traveling to / arriving at the venue.
Entry to the Exhibition and Conference Halls will be by E-Badge available on the AEEDC Dubai mobile app.
Login with you email ID and your Registration number to generate the E-Badge on your smart phone.
Can i get Venu layout / Floorplan?
I need a Visa to Travel to Dubai, can you help me?
I have registered but i have not received confirmation email. What shall I do?
Can i bring Food and Beverages into the Exhibition?
Food and drink from outside the venue are not permitted. There is a wide selection of restaurants and vendors throughout the venue for visitors to select from.
Can i transfer my badge to someone?
Any type of AEEDC Dubai badge is non-transferable and should be used by the registered person only.
