AEEDC Dubai 2024 Exhibition will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre in Halls 1 to 8. The Conference will be held at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre in Sheik Maktoum Hall and Sheik Rashid Hall. We’ll have 5 halls named as A,B,C, D, E . Hall A, B, C, D, E are reserved for AEEDC Dubai Conference. Hall F is reserved for AEEDC Dubai World Orthodontic Conference and AEEDC Dubai World Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Conference

Please note, Online Registration is mandatory prior to entry.

PAID Car parks are available for organisers, exhibitors and visitors within the perimeter of the Venue. The car parks operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Dubai World Trade Centre has several car parks (See below map link | Majority are paid parking). Click to download the parking map for AEEDC Dubai.

Metro: Take the red line metro route to the Dubai World Trade Centre Metro Station. The metro operates from Sunday to Wednesday from 05:50-00:00, and on Thursday from 05:50-01:00. Go to  www.rta.ae for more information. Taxis: The official Dubai Transport Taxis can be recognised by their cream colour and will charge you by the meter. Ladies-only taxis are also available. To book a taxi call +971 4 2080808. Taxi pick-up is available at the venue next to the Ibis Hotel.

All Delegates, Visitors, and Exhibitors are required to register through the online portal prior to traveling to / arriving at the venue. Entry to the Exhibition and Conference Halls will be by E-Badge which can be got by downloading the AEEDC Dubai mobile app. Login with you email ID and Registration number to generate the E-Badge on your smart devices.
